Utilizing finite element analysis and the latest in design software, PING engineers develop metal woods

in a virtual world to ensure the highest level of performance before the clubs even reach the first tee. Factors such as moment of inertia (MOI), center of gravity (CG) location, crown structure and face thickness are carefully studied with the goal of designing longer, straighter and more consistent metal woods. Even the club's acoustics are analyzed to ensure a powerful sound and feel.

With the K15 you’ll drive the ball straighter,

assisted by a PING innovation called Straight Flight Technology (SF Tec). This visible technology places approximately 10% of head mass in the heel, which helps square the face for consistently straight tee shots.

You’ll also see big distance gains with the K15.

Combining a large-profile 460cc head and a club face that is longer heel to toe, the MOI is sizeable for consistent performance across the hitting surface. This design positions the center of gravity low and back to generate high launch and low spin.
